1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Earrings and jewelry items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons, except in the following cases:
    • You receive a defective product.
    • You receive the wrong item compared to what you ordered.

2. Time Frame

  • Any request for return or exchange must be reported within 48 hours after delivery.
  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

3. Process

  • To request a return or exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • You may be asked to provide:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the product received (showing defect or incorrect item)
  • Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or replacement.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible.
  • Items without original packaging or used items will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the product delivered is defective or incorrect, Ikraar.pk will bear the return shipping costs.
  • If the return/exchange is requested for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges.
